Welcome to ARKSYNC. By using our Connector APIs and integrating our cloud architecture, you explicitly agree to the following legally binding terms. Our service provides specialized data routing designed to consolidate metrics from diverse marketing channels.

1. Acceptable Use and Rate Limiting

As a user of our infrastructure, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that cause intentional stress to our load balancers or the APIs of our partners. Users are subject to dynamic rate limiting when they integrate platforms.

2. API Compliance

ARKSYNC is an authorized application connecting multiple disparate systems. You agree that any metrics imported through our service will be used solely for internal business analytics, dashboarding, and performance optimization.

3. Service Availability (SLA)

While we strive for 99.99% uptime via distributed nodes, we do not warranty against temporary data interruptions, synchronization delays, or API deprecations imposed by external data sources.
